Immanuel Young Adult Ministry (ages 18-35) is dedicated to INDIVIDUAL GROWTH and spiritual transformation as well as providing opportunities to grow spiritually in community. Young adults can be connected to each other through [mentor opportunities, individual conversations, small groups, bible studies, spiritual formation, worship, and fellowship]. Throughout the year, young adults can join various groups to be challenged on their faith journeys and to find connection and belonging.
Young Adult Zoom Hangout
Tuesdays from 7-9pm, Zoom
This group acknowledges that as young adults and Christians, we are a work in progress. The Working Group will be an intentional space for young adults to hang out, but also to be focused and missional in our conversations and studies. We hope through these times, we will not only grow together but be reminded of our responsibilities here on earth for God's purposes.
Biblical Basis for Understanding Women in Leadership/Ministry
Thursdays from 7-8:30pm, Zoom
The Church of the Nazarene has been ordaining women alongside men since its inception. How is this possible? Join this group to find out more about the biblical basis for understanding this. We will look throughout the whole Bible, starting in Genesis, moving to Jesus, Paul, and then specific passages.
